    摘要:

    为探究拧紧力矩、胶层厚度及螺孔配合量等湿装配工艺参数对编织型复合材料胶螺混合连接结构力学性能及失效模式的影响规律,制备单搭接试件并开展拉伸力学性能试验,采用三维Linde准则与内聚力单元建立胶螺混合连接结构有限元仿真模型,分析不同连接工艺参数对连接结构力学性能、接头刚度分布及损伤演化特征的影响。结果表明:不同拧紧力矩下连接结构具有不同力学性能和失效形式,当拧紧力矩从0 N·m增加至5 N·m时,连接结构的胶层损伤形式逐渐由界面破坏转变内聚破坏,结构失效形式发生变化;胶层厚度的变化会使胶螺混合连接结构的螺栓载荷分担率发生变化,导致其力学性能发生变化,对结构的纤维损伤、基体损伤、分层损伤分布的影响较小,当胶层厚度为0.5 mm时,连接结构性能达到最佳,此时连接结构的载荷分担率最小;随着螺孔配合量的增加,连接接头的刚度先增大后缓慢减小,当间隙量超过0.7%,连接接头中的螺栓与胶层不能协同变形导致其承载能力下降。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of wet assembly process parameters including tightening torque, adhesive layer thickness, and bolt hole fit on the mechanical performance and failure modes of braided composite bolt-adhesive hybrid joint structures, single-lap specimens are fabricated and subjected to tensile mechanical testing. A finite element simulation model of the bolt-adhesive hybrid joint is established using the three-dimensional Linde criterion combined with cohesive elements, enabling a systematic analysis of different joint process parameters on influence mechanical performance, joint stiffness distribution, and damage evolution characteristics. The result shows that the structure has different mechanical properties and failure modes under different tightening moments. When the tightening moment increases from 0 N·m to 5 N·m, the adhesive damage gradually changes from interface failure to cohesive failure mode, and the structural failure modes undergo transformation. The change of adhesive thickness effects the load sharing ratio of the joints. It results in the change of joints’ mechanical properties. The influence on the fiber damage, matrix damage and layered damage distribution of the structure is small. When the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.5 mm, the performance of the joint structure is the best, and the load sharing ratio of the joints is the smallest. With the increase of the hole clearance, the stiffness of the joint first increases and then slowly decreases. Because when the clearance exceeds 0.7%, the bolt and the adhesive in the joint cannot co-deform leading to the decrease of its bearing capacity.
