To obtain the variation rule of temperature field and shrinkage strain for cement stabilized crushed stone base in early age, a three-dimensional finite element model of cement stabilized gravel structure is established by using ABAQUS finite element software. The reliability of the model is determined by comparing the measured data of a certain highway. The results show that the strain of cement stabilized crushed stone is negatively correlated with temperature after seven days, and the shrinkage strain increases with the decreasing temperature. The change of the cement stabilized crushed stone base thickness has a great influence on the temperature field and shrinkage strain. The difference of temperature between top and bottom of base is increased with the increase of base thickness. The average of the shrinkage strain in base is decreased with the increase of base thickness.
