Abstract:Electrically controlled rotor changes blade pitch through trailing flap deflection, so as to realize the primary control of the rotor. The reliability of the electricity system is lower than the traditional mechanical systems. Thus , in order to improve the reliability of the sensor system of electrically contr olled rotor, a set of nonsimilar triplex redundant sensor system program is br o ught forward based on model electrically controlled rotor. Then an improved voti ng algorithm is performed,which can improve the fault tolerance of the sensor s ystem. Simulation results show the validity of the improved algorithm. Finally, experiments are conducted based on flap sensors, and the results show that the d es igned scheme and the improved voting algorithm can effectively improve the relia bili ty of the sensor system.
