NC machining is considered as a vital way to finally ensure the mac hining accuracy of titanium wide chord hollow fan blade. Structure features and complicated dimension state of titanium hollow fan blade blanks formed by superp lastic forming and diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) method are analyzed. Key technologies, including complex surface measuring, machining distortion con trolling and error compensation in NC machining of titanium wide chord hollow fa n blade are indicated. To precisely control the machining accuracy, a research a pproach that establishes an integrated system of measuring, analysis and machin ing in NC machining of titanium wide chord hollow fan blade is proposed.
