Abstract:In order to ensure the performance of the extension/retraction system of aircraft landing gears, an experimental system is developed,which can simulate the aerodynamic load of landing gears more accurately. According to the characteristics of each module of the hydraulic system and based on the software LMS Imagine Lab. AMESim, a simulation model is established to simulate the procedure of the hydraulic extension/retraction system of landing gears, and the dynamic simulation analysis is conducted to predicate the performance of the experiment system. The contrastive analysis of the experimental data and the simulation data validates the correctness of the experiment system. The results show that the system can meet the basic functional requirements of the aircraft landing gear system and the simulation results have a good agreement with the experimental results.
